Strive onwards

Swallowing darkness

To confess what is truth

To find my heart beating on the inside

Harden by darkness on the outside

As it sweeps through me of my heart and soul within this insanity

I find myself lost in the abyss

But Allah here's my call

He knows the torment that is in my soul

Is this my jihad

To be within the insanity

To be clarity within the deen

For this life is but a test

You think it is too trivial for you

Who are you but a slave

Destined that we are to be to him alone a servant to God

So we are called to pray to the one and only Allah

Don't fret to think that you can't repent

The intention is what counts

Intend to do bad then perhaps that will come to be

Intend to strive to do good

Not for the small rewards we get

A smile is good enough for me

Let it be with the power of the Almighty

He sees what is behind your heart into your soul

He hears you even in the small whispers within your soul

Find some humbleness maybe that is needed

Be content with what you have

For Allah gave you this opportunity

To acquire the knowledge

Best use it to better society to better self

To prove to God

That you are nothing without him

That you're not afraid to stand alone

For Allah is always on your side

Even in the darkness of the mania

To let yourself breathe to have some serenity

To find Hope within the solitude of thy Lord

To be fulfilled

Seek God and you will be fulfilled

Be earnest and humbleness Shall bestow you
