by my side

Finally in the shadow over comes the heart
Where to find the light shall we find it indeed
There is hope you just need to hold on to it
Let the light in
Holding it tight all night
I walked a path of solitude
Within this ummah
Lonely as I feel
I am never alone
For Allah on my side
Through thick and thin
Wandering the Galaxy sky
I see the moon and I rise
Bowing my head to the ground
As the prophet Muhammad did before us
We pray to Allah
When we pray the darkness away
Lost without a care
I want to die
Here I am striving on
Wondering why
Will I find the Hope again or will it slip through my grasp
I don't know only Allah knows
So I Fall to my knees and put my head to the ground
Baring my soul and heart
To the one and only that is Allah
To rise each day working for God
Wanting nothing more to please him
The darkness is here but the light is near
For Islam is in my heart
Set me Free of emotion
Free from darkness
Free from the chaos, and to enter Bliss
I asked God to forgive me
Maybe he will hear me
One can hope only so
That Allah cares
Don't have a doubt in my mind that he cares
Allah cares
You just have to believe in self
Don't forget to believe in God
Never lose hope for our Lord is by your side
